Incompetent staff

I left my previous employer effective 31/12/2012 and we had cover with Discovery Health. I contacted Discovery on 13/03/2013 to find out when i will be paid my savings and spoke to Sarah-Lee who confirmed that it will be on 01/05/2013. I followed up again on the 1st and spoke to Christa who advised me that the previous consultant gave me incorrect information and the money will be paid in June, i then requested for her to send me the recording i had with the initial consultant and to date nothing has been done. I've called twice after this and the consultants i speak keep on saying that the 2 consultants i spoke to initially gave me incorrect information, this clearly means that Discovery hired people that don't know what they are doing.
