Incorrect Identity Numbe

I joined Discover Health on the 14th of October 2013, for the effective date 1st December 2013, on receipt of my membership certificate i noticed that my ID number is incorrect, i notified the financial adviser (Jackie Robinson) who was assisting me with the registration on the 27th of November 2013, who forwarded me an email from Magda Visser on the 2nd of December 2013 which read as follows: "We have change the date of birth and identity document and referred the change to our Data Integrity department for approval. Feedback will be provided." I called Discovery twice spoke to consultants and on both occasions i was told that my the issue was resolve, I also emailed 3 times requesting the updated membership certificate and the cards, with no response. Then I received another membership certificate on the 17th of December 2013 which had the incorrect id number, I called again and the consulted told me that it will take 3 working days and it should be sorted, till today i still have not received any feedback or the correct membership Certificate. Can someone please assist me, as i am a paying client however i cannot use my medical aid.
