NOT GETTING ASSISTANCE

I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH DISCOVERY, I TOOK MY MEDICAL AID LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER AND CERTAIN THINGS WERE NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME.

I AM SO FED UP WITH DISCOVERY, THEY DON'T DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE.

AM CURRENTLY PREGNANT AND DUE IN NOVEMBER AND WITH THE PLAN THAT I AM ON I CAN'T FIND A DOCTOR TO HELP WITH THE DELIVERY OF MY BABY AM TOLD THAT I WILL BE RELIABLE FOR A SHORT FALL (THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I TOOK MY MEDICAL AID)

LAST YEAR I WAS HOSPITALISED I HAD TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE SHORT FALL.
I'VE BEEN PHONING DISCOVERY EVERY DAY SINCE LAST WEEK FOR ASSISTANCE ON THE DELIVERY OF MY BABY, I ASKED FOR ADVISE AS TO WHAT TO DO WHICH HOSPITAL TO GO TO AND WHICH DOCTOR TO USE, THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO ADVISED ME TO USE THE DOCTORS ON THE MAPS SERVICES TO MY SURPRISE ALL THE DOCTORS THAT I FOUND THERE CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT DISCOVERY CAN COVER.

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING AND SO STRESSFUL AS IT'S CLEAR TO ME THAT AM PAYING DISCOVERY FOR NOTHING EVERY MONTH I CAN'T USE THE SERVICES AM PAYING FOR.NON OF THE DOCTORS IN THE LIST I WAS GIVEN CAN HELP ME.

WHY ARE WE BEING MISLED WHEN WE PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING.PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
