Hi this is roland I'm sick and tired of having to phone discovery to get them to pay medical expenses they make my blood-pressure sky rocket.when you go to a dentist pathologist doctor ophthalmologist they tell you straight they hate discovery they treat you like a non payer no one has ever had anything good to say about this medical aid at any practitioner some of them don't want anything to do with discovery they tell you straight pay and claim the money back yourself I think it is inconvenient I have never had any joy or satisfaction using this medical aid unfortunately its the only medical aid my work pays half of I hope and pray that I never end up in hospital I would not be pleased to have to repay a bond for a medical condition I know discovery only pays certain things what so they know better than the doctors oh and don't get sick on a weekend if you on key care you will have to pay the doctors yourself. I phoned discovery and asked if I could go see an eye specialist.they said we no longer need to get authorisation for an eye specialist lovely mmmm well I have now got an account of R900 to pay because I never got a referral letter.discovery I hate discovery
