Momentum poor service and communication

Myself and my partner was looking into getting medical insurance. I applied for medical insurance and was advised that my pregnancy will not be covered, which i understood and decided to cancel. However for 3 months the debit order went off even after we called numerous times to advise that we cancelled the insurance. After 4 months of phone calls weekly and no feedback form Momentum we eventually received our money bank, once threatened that we will get lawyers involved.
After reviewing and considering we were contacted again to pursue to take momentum on as our insurance. Myself and my partner applied and accepted, however soon after we were informed that we will not be covered in case of an accident for 3 months, we were not informed of this prior and what would be the point to get insurance then.
Very disappointing service and response from Momentum.
