I get an email autoreply from you but no response

I get an autoreply that you receive my emails but nobody attends to it.
and then when we phone a week later (after the doctors appointment), you say you have not received my email?
"Your correspondence will be attended to within 5 working days"... It is now 6 days and im still waiting
