Refer to previous correspondence to which I still have not received feedback. I sent Transmed several emails to complaints (20, 21, 23 29 & 31 January 2014) and to the appeals (31 January 2014) and the response was absolute and utter SILENCE. Their autoreply states that they will reply within 5 working days. Transmed at it's best!! Never mind that I can hardly walk nor drive my vehicle, leaving me dependent on others, and not to mention the pain I have to endure. SHAME ON YOU TRANSMED!!! Member number 3393080
