So I email my complaint to you call centre, after holding 10 mins talking to a machine. One of your genuises working on striata read my email but no reply... So we are on hello peter, next step ombudsman

I'd love to see you say you didn't get my documents because your autoreply works so well.

I don't need or want your insurance!! If you raised a debit order for that nonesense that you have no permission to issue, I hope you like fines. Its against the law. Especially if your staff just close emails without replies.

So I suggest you fix your mess and fast or the next step will be the ombud
