This is a very general complaint... but it today's world something that should absolutely be dealt with!
I recently contacted Liberty Life via email asking for some help and guidance changing one of my policies, and immediately received an auto responding email stating that they would get back to me within 5 working days!
5 WORKING DAYS? This is email, I should get a personal response with in hours max!
Secondly, the email eventually was replied to, but from the same email address... so when I replied back to their email, I received the same Auto Response... and here I sit waiting for my SERVICE!!! A total of 2 weeks turn around time for 2 emails?!
I should have received an email from a real person, and that email should have had their email address attached so that I could them deal with them directly!!
