Suprise Bankmed not willing to refund claim!

I submitted a claim for a radiologist on the 8th July 2013. After not getting a response for a couple days I followed up and was told that it takes 5 working days to process. After 5 working days I phoned back only to find out that they only processed 30% of the claim and the rest was "on hold" but they would send an email to release the payment. I received an email a couple days later confirming that my whole claim had been processed and that it would go through on the payment run on the 19th July 2013. Now on the 24th I got a payment for 30% of the claim. I phoned in again and spoke to a very rude call center agent who told me that the other part of the claim is still on hold but she will send an email to release it... again! Bankmed continues to take advantage of the fact that working for a bank requires us to be on their ridiculous medical scheme where you receive absolutely shocking service because there is nothing you can do about it. Sounds similar to a certain Land line operator in this country running their own monopoly.
