i have sent 2 or 3 emails to bankmed already, 1 asking for my banking details to be changed and 2 for a claim. Neither 1 of the email services responded all I received were automated replies and guess what its passed 7 working days already. And I know bankmed will come with some sorry story of why they can not refund me- and also because they will say its passed the date for submitting claims! I want someone if anyone is working for bankmed - maybe they closed down and peoples monies are being paid into personal accounts. At least have the decency to acknowledge my emails. We are human and not machines.
So please don't ask me for ICD 10 codes and the gp hasn't supplied it. If you haven't noticed GP's doesn't client their patients ICD 10 codes. So now I expect Bankmed to get that code from the dr!
Can someone please reply to this seeing that sending mails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] is null and void.
