Bills not paid after NUMEROUS AND REPEATED EMAILS

Imhave had two back operations - one in Sept last year and another one in January this year. I have diligently followed op on all the accounts andhwat is paid and not paid. I have submitted claims and have received NO feedback, and NONE of these claims were settled. I included all the rlevant documentation and have resent these emails with the claims OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. The one accout is for AUGUST 2012!!! Each time I send an email I receive and autoreply from Bankmed so it shows the claim went to the right email address and was received by Bankmed, but with no effect, payment or response. It is embarrassing for me tomsaybthe least, and the suppliers need their money as welll. I am NOT willing to use my cellphone any more as well as R3 per minute for Bankmed to sort out their claims. They have the emails with the scanned bills, the hospital authorisation, etc, but nothing. JUST PAY THE BILL OR REIMBURSE ME WHERE I. HAVE ALREADY PAID THE BILL!!! I expect a phone call from Bankmed to sort out these queries one by one ASAP. Enough is now really enough!!! I am NOT willing to keep emailing and phoning and spending my own money to sort out my claims!
