3Emails, 3Weeks, No response

On 16May I've sent an email to ask about how much Bankmed will pay for a specific medical procedure and associated hospital fees. I've attached an quote from a Ophthalmologist. On 27May I've emailed it again, seeing that I've received no response. On 6 June, I've asked AGAIN... and still no response. The auto reply says that I will get a response in 1-5 working days. It's already 15 working days later, and I still don't know how much I will be covered for.

I'm deaf and have no other choice but to rely on the extremely slow email process, but if I don't get a reply, then I cannot communicate to Bankmed at all. I'm with Bankmed since 2005, and didn't had problems with the email process until 2 years ago. What happened / what has changed? Either I don't get a reply, or the reply is highly incompetent and not answering my questions / only answer 50% of my questions, and then I have to email AGAIN, and wait AGAIN.

I do have patience for incorrect replies, because I can re-ask and explain the questions, but I can't move forward when I'm being ignored. Please speed up the email communication process. I'm STILL waiting for an answer.
