Shocking Service from BANKMED

I am shocked at the service from Bankmed. I received a quote from an Orthodontist which was sumbitted to Bankmed on the 31/01/2013. A response was received on the 11/02/2013 advising that additional documents need to be completed by the Orthodontist. The forms were sent off on the 20/02/2013 to [Email Removed] I then followed up on the 26/02 and the agent advised that my docs were not received and I should email it to her and she will see to it that I receive feedback within 24hrs. On the 5/03 stioll no response so I called again and spoke to another agent who gave me the same story and Ishould email her directly, still no response! So on the 7th I called and and spoke to yet another consultant, no response to my email. On the 12/03 I sent a follow up email to the consultant and cc'd [Email Removed] On the 2nd April I asked to speak to the team leader and I was put through to Mzukisi Madondile hoping it would make a difference. He also ssured me that I will have feedback withing 24-48hrs. Todate no response! My frustration is that Bankmed does take my monthly premiums WITHOUT delay and I have been more than patient. I need feedback on this PLEASE.
