I'm trying to register for Vitality however because my husband pension cannot accomodate the Vitality I have to pay for it. I mentioned this to them about 4 times yesterday. When I orginally registered that was about 6 months ago they never called me back to say they cannot add vitality because of the pension. I called in they did not. Yesterday starting the process again couple of weeks ago started the process then finally phoned yesterday and explained all of the above to them. The lady Claudia called me back to confirm the above with her manager and then with my husband. The Vitality was activated but no one calls me back to say they have activated and in lieu of the above they should be deducting it from my banking account. No one calls. Today I call and speak to Katlego and she tells me basically they still don't know and she needs to speak to Claudia. Which phoned me on my mobile number. They are telling me of a old mobile number and even Discovery Health and the Insurance division have my number. They are now looking for my number to call me back because she is is not sure what Claudia was doing and why she did not call me back to tell me Vitality was activated.
