I seems like there is a huge problem with Vitality and service, really cant just they give a good service just for 1 month, just 1. After complaining a couple of times for over charging me for more than 6 times about approximately 2 weeks ago some lady from Vitality calls me and takes my address and says Vitality will be delivering a Pick n Pay Voucher for me in a couple of days.
Till today Im still waiting, no one called or contacted about it. This is really not on and irritating really
