My wife and I have always had vitality with our discovery life cover since 2007. I have now been forced to get health with Vitality as that is what our company pays for, which I dont have a problem with. Being on Vitality Life, means that our kids are not covered as the vitality only covers the people on the Policy. In trying to get enjoy the benefit of Vitality, I instructed dscovery to move my Vitality from Life to Health in June already. Everytime I chat to someone, I am told to call another person, Life says Health, Health says Life, Life refers me to Vitality, I have now run of options as some my wife' vitality benefits have been cancelled due to the up downs etc. PLEASE HELP...
