Vitality causing more embaressment than helping

I have now been embaressed 3 times at ster kinekor, when we swipe our vitality cards, only mine is activated and not my wife, the lady then says that i should contact discovery, i have called discovery vitality twice and instead of calling me back they call my wife and tell her that ster kinekor must sort it out, i rather cancel my vitalty and get a ster kinekor clubcard
