POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called Red Square at 09h02 on the 09Mar13 to enquire if they do make-up for functions and about the prices.

I was first assisted by a lady who I could barely hear on the phone and who was not much help as she only knew the price of the make for Estee Laude. She handed the phone to Ricky Khumalo (consultant) who I thought would be of more assistance... little did I know I would be so rudely spoken to!

When I enquired about Clinique, Ricky asked me what foundation - so I replied with only what I knew. She very rudely rreplied that Clinique no longer make that range. So I proceeded to ask her for an approximate price on the Clinique range. This set her off to say the least!

Ricky proceeded to rattle off prices at me without as so much as a breath! She began with R345, R350, R360, R210...

I asked her for her name and told her I did not appreciate her lack of customer service and that I would be reporting her on Hello Peter. I was very polite to her and did not deserve such poor treatment.

Ricky customer service levels has painted a poor picture for me on Red Square and I will definitely not be visiting there to have my make-up done.
