I was due to receive a package from Vodacom. I initially gave them my home address, but was told later that as I was at work, the package could not be delivered. I called Vodacom 3 times to assist with changing the address. Each time they say its changed, but a follow up indicates that the change was not done. I called Ricky, and he assisted me by asking me to call a contact he knew at Vodacom. The contact assisted me with changing the address.
