The nomination of parent to collect child at ClubV were not loaded after submission a month ago, and then found on the responsible persons desk. This person Ricky was not on duty, we therefore called Manager on duty Brandon who had a could not care less attitude and was not bothered to listen and laughed it off. Management of the club were never of high standard. Both these people should be disciplined and be given a demotion of some sort. Both Brandon and Ricky clearly not fit to do a proper job currently adding no value
