Waited for 20 minutes for drinks and eventually after 20 minutes we were told that they are out of stock. This service is disgusting and unacceptable. Management was pathetic in handling the situation and did not apologise.
Moreover, being told that you cannot remove a bottle of wine that you bought from a restaurant is disgusting, if you paid for it, it belongs to you, you are the legal owner. Very disappointed in Oblivion, who has lost a loyal customer due to their poor service and lack of responsibility.
