We signed an OTP in July, got registration now, but Remax Toti the listing agent Karin and her boss Ricky, now inform me that their client refuses to vacate the property, and I must accept that it is not Remax job to hand over the keys to me.
I have emailed Karin numerous times with no response,
Ricky tells me that he is doing me a favour by getting the keys.
I want my property vacated today, I will not be negiotating any deals whatsoever.
