No customer service! Bad attitudes!

We bought a Nissan Juke 1.6 Tekna from Nash Nissan. Three days later we travelled to Pretoria from JHB. The engine started loosing power just outside PTA. We pulled off and phoned Ricky, the sales rep from Nash Nissan, who stated that we should drive home and take it back to them the next day. Now how can we drive back a car with no engine power? We couldn't get hold of Nissan breakdown service, so we phoned friends to tow us back home (75km). The next day we took the car to Nash Nissan. Ricky had a bad attitude and told us that there's no courtesy vehicle available. We had to arrange own transport. Two days later they fixed the car and we had to collect. One day later, same thing happens - no power. Took it back, again getting a bad attitude. After they eventually fixed what they claimed to be a turbo pipe error, we had numerous problems with the newly fitted boot spoiler coming loose and making a trembling noise. Every time getting a really bad attitude from Ricky. Every time having to arrange own transport due to driver not available to collect, he only dropped us off at work twice. The Principal Dealer is of no help as well. This is the worst car dealership to buy from, be wary!
