Vodacom arranged with RAM Couriers to send my aunt's cellphone to me to receive. An e-mail was sent to Cecil, the Operations Manager, but because it was not sent to Ricky personally, he blocked the delivery. Also: their delivery person openly told me that I was trying to perpetuate in front of our receptionist. When I tried to phone Ricky the receptionist/operator told me that he was not answering his phone, and neither did Cecil.
I feel that the situation was deliberately blown out of proportion because of one person's ego problem. Obviously Vodacom know who to send the e-mails to, which was Ricky's supervisor, and he decided that he is better qualified to respond.
I would like to know exactly when they are going to deliver the phone, as I tried to phone this morning again, and... Ricky is not answering his phone. Surprise?
