To whom it may concern,

I am utterley disgusted as to how you believe you can cancel my gym membershp after I have been the number of times I had to go.

I first called Discovery on 9 April and explained to them that I need to suspend my gym membership for 6 weeks as I have just had a baby (via C-Section) and was not able to gym for a period of 6 weeks... well the response I got was "sorry we can't do that as due to the healthy lifestyle benefit you must go to gym"... well what must I do at the gym drink coffee or use the toilet and her response was a laugh... clearly YOU DO NOT understand that I was unable to gym due to the c-section.

I was then told I had to go 5 times before the end of May, so I went once in April and 4 times in May, calculates 5 times before the end of May.

Now according to your consultant telephonically on 21st May I did not go enough. I asked her to please pull the conversations and revert back to me. I am still waiting.

Clearly if I was not able to go to the gym because of my C-Section, but went anyway... I WANT my contract to be re instated.

Please can a senior manager call me as soon as possible.
