ON 05/06/2013 I SPOKE TO CLAIR SHATWELL FROM DISCOVER HEALTH TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS. I NEEDED TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS FOR HEALTH AND LIFE. SHE SAID SHE WILL SEND IT TRHOUGH TO LIFE DEPARTMENT ASWELL.

THE PREMIUM FOR MY POLICY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY OLD ACCOUNT NUBER NOW I MUST PAY R120 FOR INSUFFIECENT FUNDS

I SPOKE TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT Kwanele Sobikwa THIS MORINING HE CONFIRMED THAT MY BANKING DETAILS HAS BEEN CHANGED ON HEALTH SIDE I SPOKE TO MPHO TSHOTETSI REF NU 2906710446 HE SAID IT STILL MY OLD ACCOUNT

SO WHO IS GOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM
