Besides a misrepresentation of their location on the Safarinow website, we found two live bed bugs. We then killed one to show the owners, after which they accused us of bringing in the insects, and are refusing to refund us. The unit was only superficially clean for instance the shower door had not been cleaned since the previous occupant. We were so grossed out!!! Initially we weren't going to publish our experience but we were really miffed at the pathetic excuses they came up with to avoid refunding us. We will be taking this further and hoping no-one else has to go through this ordeal...
