Hi,
I am a very disgruntled Discovery Vitality member, because my gym membership was suddenly cancelled without any notification. I used to get sms's when I wasn't going the required amount of times, but when I took a month off on holiday and didn't go in June, suddenly the membership was cancelled in July. How can a company sneakily revoke a service like the sms notifications! Needless to say I will cancel our whole family's Vitality membership! The only reason we have it, is for the gym.
