I am utterly disgusted with Discovery Vitality. I received an email on 17 April notifying me that i need to attend the gym 3 times before the end of the month in order to keep my membership. Which i did, I attended the gym 2, 16, 30 April, Therefore i met the requirement. I called the call center after logging a complaint via email and i got the biggest attitude under the sun. According to them i missed the cut off by 1 day. Do they really think i would loose my gym membership over one day. No when i have been a member for many many years. I want my membership reinstated and i do not want to pay a cent for it. I make a point of attending the gym to meet the requirement over and above the other exercise activities i do on a daily basis. I rad the email as I need to go 3 tomes in the month of April. Which i Did, I was not aware that you had already calculated my visit on the 2nd. If yr systems are so great you should have said you notice my visit on the 2nd and need to go 3 more times. This is clear to customers. I want someone to call me that has respect towards me and reactive my membership!
