I called Discovery Vitality on Tuesday (18/06/2013) with an issue whereby my daughter's Club V membership had been cancelled mistakenly. I had been trying to sort this out at the gym for about a month without any progress. I spoke to Sibongile Nangu - and she gave absolutely amazing service, her energy and enthusiasm is refreshing. She promised to get back to me within 3 to 5 working days. She got back to me this morning (Friday - 21/06/2013) as promised to let me know that its all been sorted and that the membership is active. The service was totally outstanding. She's definitely an asset to Discovery and the kind of person any client would be happy to liaise with. Great job!
