Joined Virgin Active gym, went a number of times, Discovery called me to ask why I had not attended, but then could not advise who they spoke to at the gym to confirm this! This is the 2nd time I have had this problem with Discovery, who don't have proper systems to communicate with Virgin Active. They refused to accept that my visits were not logged and cancelled my membership last time because of this. The same has happened again. I got charged R1800 to reinstate this membership and its taken them 3 days to even reply to my complaint. Wake up Discovery!
