Membership had to be transferred from one employer to another. Transfer documentation were submitted on the 29th of October 2013. On the 4th of November I contacted Discovery regarding another query just to be notified that my membership has been cancelled on the 31st of October 2013. After spending the afternoon on the phone with Discovery I got told (REF: 3066867232) on record that the matter has been resolved and membership reinstated. Today, the 6th of November 2013, I phoned again to resolve the vitality issue just to be told again that my membership is still not active.
In the meantime my family including myself is not covered... payments are up to date .. actually paid in advance.
They are just interested in your money. NOT your HEALTH or LIFE.
