My wife's gym membership was cancelled by Discovery for not fulfilling the required quota visits per month. The gym is frequented regularly and the claim by Discovery that she did not meet the quota in incorrect. The problem could be the swiping of the membership card by the gym where it could have not registered.
After explaining all of this, Discovery still did not budge and did the gym cancellation anyway.
I have been with this medical aid for over 10 years and this is the sort of treatment one gets from a loyal client?
