Poor service from Discovery

I changed medical aids in January. Had to change my medical aid, as I was appointed in a government position, so I had to change to GEMS. I just cancelled my Discovery Health and kept my Life Insurance at Discovery. I spoke to a consultant numerous times, as well as emaiedl them confirming this matter and asking them to move my Vitality, as well as my husband's back to my Health insurance, as I still wanted to keep my membership at the Virgin Active Gym.
Discovery called me to confirm that my Health plan will be cancelled at the end of January and that my Vitality will be shifted to my Life Plan to inable me to still go to gym. When I went to the gym tonight, Virgin Active informed me that my membership, as well as my husband's were cancelled.
This is very frustrating, since I emailed and made numerous phone calls to Discovery to confirm the changes.
