False advertising at it's best...
December 2012 we had a wonderful stay at a bed and breakfast as advertised on their website. We took the advertised deal of bed and breakfast included. At the end of our stay we were informed that the breakfast is after all not include, we then informed the person (Rina) of our concern and that it was still advertised (to this day) on their website that breakfast is included.
It seems like, client service is not a priority as I informed Rina of my concerns and as to date she hasn't replied and the website has never been update even though they say the breakfast included ended a month before our stay.
It appears management and staff do not communicate as Rina told us continental breakfast wasn't include where as the staff told us the "hot' breakfast wasn't included.
For a place who makes it's existence on client service I really doubt the lifespan...
