5 star! no ways, the service suckd

My husband and I booked into the lodge for 4 nights. When we arrived I noticed that the lodge had been awarded a 5 star rating. I thought that was fabulous. When we checked in the gentleman made us aware that breakfast was included in our stay. On the day we were checking out the lady (Portia) at the reception was rude and dismissive. She printed a bill of 1700 rands approximately. Stating that breakfast was 1400 of the bill. When I told her that while checking in we were told that breakfast was included she abruptly said that she called someone who said that breakfast was not included. Before giving us a chance to check the email confirmation she insisted we paid. Which we did rather annoyed. As we left the entrance we found the email confirmation which included breakfast. Further to this she was annoyed at the fact that it had to be reversed. She never apologised. Such pathetic attitude from a 5 Star institute. I was told it would take a day to reverse. Now a week later and I'm still waiting. Besides that, hygiene needs to be assessed. The toilet seats were sticky and shower doors and floors full of limescale. Would not recommend a stay there.
