I made a booking at Pretoria Executive Cottages where Mr Johan Steyn is the Owner. I made a booking for x 9 people for bed AND BREAKFAST included, which was paid immediately by me. On the morning when breakfast was to be served MR STEYN WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND and the domestic workers informed me that they were not instructed to serve breakfast, so we had to leave without. I contacted Mr Steyn and he informed me that he will re-imburse me the breakfast at R30 per person (R270). The booking was for the 7th of September 2013 - up to date the 29th of October - after A LOT OF PROMISES which turned out to be, this payment has not been done yet. I am not posting this complaint about the amount it is about the principle that 9 people paid for breakfast which was not served. The owner's attitude during this whole episode was unacceptable and I will tell everyone I know not to book at this establishment. Mr Steyn has no pride whatsoever in his position as well as the good name of his business.
