I had researched and found this bed and breakfast on the internet. After making the necessary reservation calls and confirmations- we decided to book our stay for a long weekend.
They are advertised as a bed and breakfast- but all they provide is tea, coffee or Kelloggs. They even have signs that read "full continental breakfast"provided and they give you absolutely nothing. The rate they charge is for Bed and Breakfast. Upon querying this with Sandy-she said tha we must pay an additional R60 for egg and toast if we wanted her to prepare breakfast. Also they give you tea and coffe e sachets for room beverages but do not supply milk! Again when you wuery this- she says that they do not provide milk. Over and above spending all that money for the booking-we then needed to buy our own stuf for breakfast!
This false advertising and misleading of the public might work with the " one nighters"- which were also booked in there- but certainly does not work with families with honesty and integrity.
I am also going to notify the Toursim Board about this as we cannot falsify what we do for the mere sake of wanting the business.
