I booked a weekend in Dullstroom which included breakfast with Groupon. I made the booking for September 2013 and was later informed by Caj van Zyl from The Gables that breakfast is in fact not included. After sending him the link and informing him that the ad states breakfast is included, he cancelled my booking, even after I informed him I do not want to cancel, and that he has arranged for my money to be refunded. I have however followed up with Groupon SA on numerous occasions regarding the refund and still nothing was received. I am now out of pocket and also have lost my booking due to no fault of my own. I still have not received a response from Groupon and the whole situation is very frustrating. All I want is for my money to be refunded in full so that I can move on and get alternative accommodation.
