I am very disappointed with what I feel is a complete by your company. I made a reservation on your site for a nights stay for two people at the Indaba hotel in South Africa. I booked and payed R980 rand for the nights stay for two after I phoned the hotel first and they quoted me R1200 odd rand which included breakfast. My disillusion with your company is the consumer is led to believe that your rate is lower because of a special deal you structure with hotels in truth the only reason your price is lower is because breakfast was not included in the price you quoted me and no where before I paid did you tell me it wasn't included.
I promise I will never use your site again and will be telling all people who ask what a your service is!!
