How is it that it never seems to amaze one: "we will call you back before end of business day" and then you still have to call back just to find out nothing has happened.

my first call was on the 4th of June and I've send through the proof of payment as requested... the answer was five working days and the refund will be in my bank account... now 7 days later I'm struggling to get them to tell me when eventually they are planning to do the refund and seeing that the public holidays are coming up I don't see that it will be very soon and as I explained... my car is definitely not running on empty air and my child's tummy is not going to fill up with a "smell the food"...

really... why is it so easy to take but so hard to give back?
