VODACOM AND SERVICE DON'T MIX

I recently cancelled my data account and paid my premature cancellation quote in full (the quote in itself is extortion, but anyway). However, it was on the last working day of the month (28 March 2013), the public holidays followed, and my bank account was also debited. I phoned and organised a refund. It was PROMISED for three days... it is now 5 days later and no refund!! I know what you're saying, it takes time in corporates, but I explained to the consultant that I need that money for my other debits. Nothing, I am still waiting. Vodacom, you are gigantic, but you are soulless, heartless and brainless. In this day and age, things just shouldn't take weeks to get sorted out, but there you are, you large corporate behemoth, rolling over and crushing your customers with apathy and broken promises. Do you even care or know that we exist as human beings, not just your "numbers"? Anyway, I've already taken my business away from you (it was the sweetest thing) - JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND AND BE DONE WITH IT!
