Still no refund after numerous emails

Hi

I bought a deal on the 03/04/2013 and by accident put in the reference number incorrect when payment was done on the 04/04/2013.
When payment was send to provide proof I did mention in the email that the reference number might be incorrect, Groupon must please just check.
On the 06/04/2013 I called Groupon to ask when I will get the coupons, and was informed that they are still awaiting for payment to reflect. I told the lady that payment is reflecting and I did send proof of payment. She told me I need to wait 8 working days, so I waited. On the 10/04/2013 I called again to ask when I will get the coupons and was informed that I can't get the deal as the deal was closed and no one attend to my original ticket. They can't give me a manual coupon so they will request for a refund. After various calls and emails up and down I'm still waiting for my refund.
So it's been more than a week now and still no refund after tens of emails with regards to ticket #731975. Every person i deal with says they will come back to me but they never do.
I want to know how long does a refund takes to do.
Groupon is easy to take your money, easy to cancel a deal but not that easy to refund you.
