Savings refund, every week a different story

On the 5 des 13 ive receive a savings refund form by post and fill it in and fax it back with my id and a bankstatement. they let me know by sms that they receive it, 20 des i call the them and Tsepo told me that the payment has bee released and i must wait 7 working days and every thing is fine (no 1), after 10 working days 20 Des i call again and the lady Tomelo told me that they dont work on faxes only email (no 2) and i must email every thing to a email adress and (they only pay out on Thursdays (3) but not on the 26 because of the public holliday but it will be pay out on the 3 Jan 14 (4) and all the forms are fine, still no refund i call the centre again and a team manager call me back, and said there vas a problem with the e mail and i must do everything over, so i did and i call again and the agent told me every thing is now fine, (5) 9 Jan, i call on the 10 Jan after no refund and they said there was no stamp on the bankstatement, i fax every thing though the same day with my stammed statement and call them and Lizedi said every thing is fine payment will be made on Tuesday (6) no refund from there i call every day and put me on hold till fone hangup
