A lady phoned me in March, trying to sell me a maintenance plan on my motor vehicle. I was interested at first, but I changed my mind. During the end of the phonecall, I told her I am NOT interested, and she should cancel everything. She said she will do that. Ons the 31st of May, a debit order from Liquid Capital went of my account. I phoned them, explained what happened and asked for a refund. They told me the deal went through during the phonecall, and it takes 21 working days for cancellation. They asked me to wait 7 more working days for the refund. Although it has been far longer than 21 days from the first call, I said it's fine, I'll wait. 7 days later - still no refund. I phoned again 14/06/2013, and spoke to Vanessa from customer services. I was placed on hold, and eventually told that she will call me back. That never happened. I am getting tired of waiting and begging to get my money back!
