I made a made for a reimbursement claim from my medical aid, as i had a emergency and my GP was not available. I went to N1 city hospital and made the claim from my pocket.
I discoverred that i may claim a potion back from CareCross.
I made the claim.a week after the claim i got a mail requesting for a detailed account. I called CareCross and was told by Briony are the requirements are and ive then e-mailed the account to [Email Removed]
Today i was told this is the wrong e-mail address and i should forward the claim to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
I would like assistance from Hello Pieter to assist with this claim as CareCross are giving me a nightmare.
