I would like to advise you of the pathetic service i have and currently experiencing at The Garden City Private hospital, My child is 3 weeks old and has been admitted due to pneumonia, our cubical has been separated due to the age of my child, yesterday 13/06/2013 at around 6pm, one of the nurses pitched in said the heater next door me has broken an she needs to use the one we have in the room, my child was worrying and crying therefore i could not stop her to tell her look this child also needs the heater to stay warm she just grabbed it saying it will be back just now firstly the child is 3 weeks old she needed a heater as per doctors orders, are we not treated the same in equality within half hour another heater was brought in apparently it was one that went for repairs before and was returned that time, could the nurse not wait for it
should i have shouted was there a need for it??? Than when the nurse trying to drain the baby she does not handle with care, she does not know how to do it she insists that i should do it, i questioned do you not know how to do it, she replied angrily that i'm telling her how to do her job im disgusted
