Debiting after cancelation 50 days awaiting refund

I cancelled my subscription with Jacklin Enterprises on the 25th of May 2012 due to me being charged but not receiving books. On the 30th of June 2012 another debit went off. I queried this and they refunded me my money - a month later. After that I had no contact with the company except for a sales call which I advised them I am not interested. Six months later 31 December 2012 another debit ran on my account, after querying this they said that this was for a calendar, which I also never got. I advised them that I want a refund, which in return I was told 28 days and the money will be refunded. On the 19th of February (50 days after the debit ran off my account) I e-mailed them to ask what happened to my refund. Just to find out that they don't have my account details (Really??) Now I have to wait another 21 days for a refund... this is unacceptable. I want my money back and I want nothing more to do with this company and I mean this! NOTHING no sales calls, no "free" stuff not even a birthday wish. Just give me my money back and leave me alone. Also if I don't have my money back within the next 7 days I will take this public and not only on Hello Pete
