Refund not done after promised it was done

My son had bumped his head and we rushed him to the Emergeny room in Hillcrest as it was the closest to where we were staying while down visiting family in KZN. Doc was brilliant but came to payment the admin person did a refund instead of a sale on the credit card machine against my debit card. Showed me the mistake then charged me double amount as the "refund" had been done. Since the 9 Nov I have been trying to get my refund from this medical practice. According to there bank it takes 7-10 working days, my bank says it should have been immediate. Still 12 working days later no refund into my account. I have sent emails again but no response is forth coming as to when I'll get my refund. Should have gone to the Hillcrest hospital emergency room when it happened and would have not had this problem...
